Turkey it’s great …but!

I really loved Istanbul when I dropped by a few years ago after spending a relaxing couple of weeks in Antayla which is such a nice place to be as you can see here.

Antalya

There I told you it was lovely!

I have to say that I spent those two weeks at a very nice resort spa type place mainly recovering from a massage given to me by one of the smallest people on the planet on the first day who it seemed didn’t like this Cat! She actually bruised me, but that is another story.

St Sophia

Turkey is fabulous and I recommend it as a holiday destination whether you like to sightsee or to laze about in the sun recovering from an over vigorous massage!

Having said all that there is no reason for this sort of sign even if the place is a bit of heaven at the foot of Europe is there dear cuddly readers?

Not nice in Istanbul

  1. OHhhhhhhhh i so love your pictures. I always gaze at them and think of myself basking in the sun.. okay I wont be basking since I’m a redhead… I’ll be hidden under long white cotton pants and a long sleeve shirt.. but I would be happy!!!

  2. Thanks, you should visit Turkey and indeed Europe they are lovely. Mind you I like the States and there are still loads of places I want to visit but not this year or next now for obvious reasons :0)

I pity you with your fair skin. I used to go red just walking out of the shadows for a while and plastered factor something silly all over but since I left London 7 years ago I just did bother much and now I am a browner person and don’t burn too much, obviously I take sun screen to hot places but I am the only one who needs it because my family are all rather brown to start with lucky devils.

    Have a perfect day.

    Purrs,

    The Cat

    PS
Did you hear is you are going to be doing a little commuting every day yet? Paws crossed!
