London it’s cultural init?

Piccadilly Circus London

According to the ever reliable (hope you sense the irony here) Wikipedia there are over 300 languages spoken in London see for yourself here London if you don’t believe it and neither did I.

Sadly not many of the 300 different language speakers in London seem to speak English anymore and too many speak nonsense.

No you read the sign correctly on this London bus! And my point is proved I believe!

  1. Oh she is wonderful, keeping us up late but absolutely wonderful. Thanks for the review of my little tome. I would love to put it on my blog if you are ok with that, with links etc.

Have a great day, it is sunny here in the middle of Europe and I hope it is shining on you too!

  2. That’s great I’ll do just that. I liked the royal family bit too, I don’t know if it shows through in any of my writings but I really rather have something against them! There existence!

Probably why the book sales are better in the states than in the UK. But you never know with your review and help it will gather a bit of interest there.

  3. 🙂 I did pick that up and to be honest I tend to agree. I spent 7 years of my life in my younger days completing the Bronze, Silver and Gold Duke of Edinburgh Awards and got my official invite to me the man himself, but he did not speak to many of us and not even acknowledged us and 5 minutes later left the room. It was Jeremy Beadle who presented my with my certificate and he was such a lovely guy chatting to each one of us and really interested. Since then been not a great fan of them.

  4. Gold, Silver and Bronze, wow you had too much energy for your own good when you were young. My brother was a journalist and a great drinking partner of prince Marge and the noneck of Snowden, they used to get drunk together often. The comings and goings on that the royals got up to then and the awful new additions to the herd were always kept out of the press which I think is disgusting in an open democracy and even the UK for that matter har ha!
