The world turned a few times as it sped through the solar system, though it has to be stressed that there was nothing out of the ordinary in that!
Some days are like that though aren’t they? Nothing happens, it was probably a little overcast, there might even have been a spot of drizzle towards evening and then poof the day was gone!
So Thursday February 29, 1776 was an unremarkable, never repeatable event, just like the day most of us were born on I suppose. Sigh!
