Roughly translated

No

As far as I understand the translation from the original Italian of the top sign is don’t dump stuff in lakes, the fish don’t like it.

The bottom one is a little more tricky but I think I know. It’s either when walking your Kangaroo in the park both of you have to be on the path, or and I think this one is more accurate. Kangaroos are only allowed in the park if they are not on a leash! However I’m no expert and can’t speak a word of Italian so if you can come up with a better translation you are welcome to let me know.

You never know, being a nice Cat, I might even publish it on my wonderful blog if it’s really good. Alternatively if the suggestion arrives with shed loads of cash that would guarantee immediate inclusion. Well, a Cat’s got to live!
