I still can’t get my head around the UK government spending £37 Billion on what is a tracking and messaging phone app where all of the technology is in place and some is free to use.

The German government reported that its app had cost around €20 million to develop with operating costs of €3 million per month. What a shame we didn’t buy the German one for a saving of £368,880,000,000. How many homeless given homes, hospitals and the like could be built for that amount of cash?
