Every so often I like to post a picture of a whiteboard in a shop in America where possibly the most impossible employee in the world works. His name is Shane and he is obviously a very funny chap and I am always entertained by his nonsense behaviour.

However there is another person who deserves as much credit for his/her patience as Shane does for his silliness and that person is obviously Shane’s Manager. How they cope with Shane is a mystery to me, but even though Shane never stops being… er Shane, this hero just gently comments on his behaviour and carries on. Shane’s manager is a true American Hero.
