As the title asks “who says that Bahrain is not a progressive country?” Because it just isn’t true, now that the arab spring has gone a bit rusty tens if not dozens of social improvements can be seen in and around Bahrain as any visitor could see for themselves if they were able.
But there is one area of social reformation in Bahrain that is world beating – hair care products, yes that’s right Bahrain is the first Muslim country in the world to line its chemist’s shelves with the latest L’Oreal ‘100 lashes Shampoo and Conditioner line.’ From today you can buy these products and try it in public!
This correspondent understands that a full range of (Koran approved) full range of probiotic adulterous Yoghurts drinks, to say nothing of an amazing collection of blasphemous breakfast cereal, is coming soon to Bahrain.
I bet that the Bahrainis can’t wait for those examples of social improvements to hit the streets and would give their right arm for more!
